The concept of PT 360 degrees is based on five key elements of the human experience that can affect our health, wellness, emotions and longevity of life. The key elements are TRAINING, NUTRITION, LIFESTYLE, MINDSET and RECOVERY. So the concept of 360 degrees is to help our clients EVOLVE, to help our clients become more EFFICIENT, to help our clients become more EFFECTIVE, to help our clients become more EMPOWERED and to help our clients EMBRACE all of life’s challenges with massive amounts of positive ENERGY.
Our philosophy is founded on the process of a mental, physical and emotional everyday evolution of mind and body. Therefore, as the cycle of one day ends and the cycle of a new day starts, we anticipate with excitement the everyday challenge to continue the journey of personal growth and personal development.
WOMENS HEALTH: OUR MISSION
Womens health used to be focused primarily on the reproductive phrase of a women’s life but in the last ten years we have moved on from what used to be the primary focus to sustainability over the life span of a women’s life which will take into consideration the period pre menopause and during and after menopause. The concept of PT 360 Degrees is to help women build a foundation from a young age that will enable them to offset the diseases and health conditions that are common for women encounter during their life span. We believe that our five keys approach will help 1000s of women to lead a more healthy lifestyle and also provide valuable information that can be of assistance to the ongoing research that the health and fitness industry as well as other stakeholders are evaluating and analysing.
MENS HEALTH: OUR MISSION
There has long been a constant scrutiny on Mens health, issues such as heart disease, cancer, lung disease, diabetes, strokes have always seemed to plague men much more than women. Also issues such as enlarged prostate, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, stress and anxiety are other factors that are playing a rmajor role to the detriment of mens health.
PT 360 Degrees believe that although men and women are biological different, the same five key concept that we use for women will also be used for men but in some elements such as the training and nutrition, the programs will be adapted to suit the needs of men. In regards to mens health, although there has been and is a lot of research into this area, as our society has changed over the last 10 years also the needs and desirers of men have also changed. These factors and combined with the knowledge gained over many decades are why we believe that we have the formula that in regards to mens health can help to fill the gap with more information that will greatly benefit the health and fitness industry.
