I have been working with this program for the past 20 years and it has helped hundreds of clients lose an average of 15 kilos and 10% body fat over a two month period.
The program is designed to be completed over eight weeks, and for best results it should be done:
- 2 times a week for the first 4 weeks
- 3 times a week for the next 4 weeks
Each session is designed to last a maximum of 90 minutes, with a day’s recovery between each session.
Our program is very easy to follow and suitable for beginners. All exercises are clearly demonstrated and explained. We recommend that you are over 16 years of age and have access to a gym or health club before starting this program.
